I have had the pleasure of joining Ruth and Jane twice now on the retreats they have organised. Both are wonderful beings of light, who together create a safe place for you to reconnect with yourself as well as release old out dated energies that you no long need in your life. The weekends are full of relaxing meditations, Gong Baths and healings , along with creative activities to connect with your inner child, and nature. For me these weekends have been a much need time out for me as a single self employed mum. A time when I can just be me and not one of the many hats I wear in my everyday reality.
