Terms and Conditions

All participants must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number while enrolled at our retreats. This is the main way we communicate with the participant and it is the participant's responsibility to check emails/texts for important updates, cancellations, notifications, results, events, seminars and so on. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform us if any of their contact details change.


We reserve the right to request a student to vacate their place on a course should their behaviour cause unnecessary disruption. No refund will be given.


We retain the right to refuse admission to the retreat and fees will not be charged in this case.


We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient applications and should this happen, fees will be fully refunded.


We reserve the right to alter, change or withdraw any of the modules, timetables or tutors on this retreat.


Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safekeeping of all belongings, we will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any of your personal belongings. Please arrange your own travel insurance.


We respectfully ask that during group sessions, you do not use your mobile phone, laptop or tablet. This can be intrusive to other participants. If you wish to use these items please do so in the comfort of your own room.


Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the information contained in this document is correct, we are not liable for any errors or omissions.


Any damage caused by you to either the property you will be staying in, or to the belongings of others is to be paid for in full.

Course Payment Information


Bookings will be based on a first come, first served basis and so early booking is recommended. A deposit of £100 is due upon booking and this guarantees your place on the course. The full fee must be paid by 21st September 2015.

Late Payment Policy


A Late Payment policy applies if fees are not paid by the due date of 21st September 2015 for this retreat. Failure to pay by the due date will result in the cancellation of your place on the course. A penalty fee of 10% of the course fee will be charged if you pay your balance after the 21st September 2015.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The retreat is cancelled by us, in which case fees will be fully refunded.
  • The participant gives notice to us by 21st September 2015 in which case the deposit fee of £100 will be deducted from the refund due. The deposit fee is non-refundable under any circumstance. If you cancel your attendance after 21st September 2015 then no refund will be paid.

Refunds are issued as soon as possible by cheque and the participant will be informed of the date of issue of the refund by email.

Retreat Fees are still payable should a student fail to complete the course/retreat.

All cancellation notifications and refund requests must be made to us via email by 21st September 2015 to either:

Initial payment towards a course is viewed by us as an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
